Facilities
CSH’s current 850 m2 (9,150 sq.ft.) workshop is an excellent location allowing access and the capacity to build structures up to 5 x 4 x 5 meter (16.4 x 13.1 x 16.4 ft) which weigh up to 40 tons. Our current office measures 200 m2 (2,152 sq.ft.), giving room to 12 engineers.
In September of 2011 the building of our new premises in Vianen has commenced (see photo below). We will be fully operational in our new premises in August 2012.
Our new 2,100 m2 (22,604 sq.ft.) workshop will give us the capacity to build even larger structures up to 25 x 7 x 6 meter (82 x 23 x 19.7 ft.) with maximum weights up to 300 tons.
Overhead cranes will be installed with a total lifting capacity of not less than 40 tons. The floor capacity will be 3 tons per m2.
The workshop will be equipped with:
- A 90 m2 (969 sq.ft.) paint facility suitable for 40 ft containers
- A 105 m2 (1,130 sq.ft.) welding workshop with separate carbon steel and stainless steel / light alloy area.
- Shear cutters
- Angle bending machine
- Welding machines
- Hydraulic press
- Lathe
- Drilling machines
- Face plates
For final testing the workshop will be equipped with a state of the art 200 m2 (2,153 sq.ft.) test facility equipped with:
- A 450 m3 (118,877 gallon) water basin used for testing of pumps
- Test loop with flow meter to test all kind of pumps up to 4,500 m3/hr (19,813 USGPM) and 100 bar (1,450 psi).
- Deep basin to test vertical turbine pumps
- The availability of 450 m3 (118,877 gallon) fresh cooling water with circulation pumps.
- A 8 bar (116 psi) air supply for air control operations and feeding of air boosters
- Starting air to start gas and diesel engines.
- Permanent diesel powered 650 kW (872 HP) generator sets with switchgear (50/60 Hz LT and MT 3kV,6 kV and 11kV)
Our future offices will be 800 m2 (8,611 sq.ft.), giving room to a maximum of 40 engineers and staff
